You should hope the front end is just an adjustment needed on the sway bar.
Doing a ball-joint is more work, and costs in parts!

However, the sway-bar job may not be just an adjustment if the screw has
become loose and elongated the dimple to become a slot.

I just noticed my front tires also have some side movement. I'm watching
that thread and will raise the front in a day or so. I hope it's just a ball
joint.
