[T3] Towing my T3

I have towed a lot of automatics facing backwards, but about 50 mph is
about the max or they will start wobbling.  On long hauls I just unbolt the
axles at the wheels & tie them up with twine.  I can face them forward & do
65 mph that way.  I unlock the steering wheel, but don't tie it.
