[T3] front end woes

[Mike Fisher]

Jack up each or both wheels to shake them for vertical & horizontal
slop/play.  The upper torsion bars need to be tightened up periodically,
but new/bad pulling should be obvious underneath somewhere?  Try some
self-diagnosis.
