Rich idle, check your head temp sensor, it should be under 100ohms with the
engine at running temp.  The distributor shouldnt change the idle mixture,
but the range at which it can be adjusted will vary if the 72 parts dont
match.

I'm going to get a single vac canister FI distributor and see if that helps
with the rich idle issue.
