In an emergency, you can mimic the 215 lb-ft of torque with a large 
pipe wrench. Just take your weight and divide it into 215. The answer 
is the number of feet out from the axle center that you have to stand 
on the wrench (no bouncing) to give you the right torque.

Do this with the wheel and tire on the ground, then do whatever 
torque you need, to advance the special nut to the next cotter pin 
hole.
