[T3] Looking for Late Rear Bumper

You familiar with Leon's in Culpeper?  He has a bunch of T3's, but I haven't been there in 10 years
and they were pretty rooted in then.  There was also a guy named... oh, its gone!  in Richmond... had a lot of T3
parts.  Ill post if I can remember his name.
