For most of us, this is something that hasn't changed significantly. 
I'd only worry about it if the car has seen sustained heavy loads. In 
your case, it's probably worth worrying about, given the tread wear 
you see, but I'd be tempted to get a second opinion at a different 
alignment shop first, to see if the numbers agree.
