I don't know if Bosch still stocks these or not. There are places out 
there that still have them, as I do, but I only use them when 
absolutely necessary. In 40 years, I think I've  replaced fewer than 
10, and, in hindsight, 4 of those were unnecessary.

I finally machined a nice fixture that enables me to hold the 
injector gently while I cut the old hose off. I only charge $5 to do 
this, but most people do it for themselves. The only "trick" to it is 
avoiding cutting into the hose barb under the hose.

The factory-attached hose is a design flaw, that I think most makers 
have gone away from. I think most injectors these days have some sort 
of O-ring seat at each end, a much better design.
