[T3] 1966 Type 3 Squareback ( non-functioning horn)

Im pretty sure I got the horn connected up on Sean's car the way
the diagram had it, hot all the time, but its been a few years.  The OEM 
harness on that car was in pretty good shape and pretty intact.

This makes me wonder if someone has changed something on your '65. I 
have no experience with that year, but this surprises me. I'll have 
to check my books to see if there's a clue here. I know that by '68 
the horn only gets power with the key ON.
