[T3] On my 73 square , what should I look at on the breather with a PCV

I checked all of this in 2009 . TS1 goes to pin 1 &13 on the ECU. I thought
I had a short on pin 13. At that time Ray on Samba told me internally pin
12 and 13 both connect internally. Thinking about it now that does not make
sense , just took his word . I tested both leads at the plug disconnected
and didn't find any shorts to ground in the harness from ECU to the
sensor, only when I plugged in the ecu 13 showed a connection the ground .
I don't have anything showing how the ecu pins connect inside. It seems to
me 13 should not connect to ground . Yet TS2 does connect to the head for a
ground. I know 12 is the ground for the trigger points. anyone have any
info if 12 and 13 are internally connected inside the ECU on an E system?
If they don't then this is the issue.
