[T3] Air compressor ?

I thought maybe I could use the shank end of a 3/8" drill bit and tap in it
the copper tube maybe that would at least make the OD of the tube fit the
ID on the ferrules. Since the ferrules are already on they would keep the
OD of the copper from expanding.
