[T3] Fuel Pump Relay - 69 Fastback

It's difficult trying to diagnose an electrical issue when I can't see the
car. I've been able to fix everything on my own 73 including repair the
electric air bypass valve that was sticking . Over time original pump and
power relays will no longer exist.
