[T3] MPS ?

I checked my MPS the coils are fine and neither has a short to ground.
Yesterday I used a hand vacuum pump and it held fine. Trouble is since I
did the vacuum test it does not run like it did before. Now while driving
it bogs down like flat spots . Before it only had an issue at idle no load
and if I unplugged TS1 it would idle fine and run fine . Now even with TS1
unplugged it seems better but nothing like before.

 Is there a limit on how much vacuum one can apply to the MPS on an E
system , I went up to a bit over 20 inches of vacuum.
