[T3] Mechanical Fuel pump kit

Thanks everyone.  I'll take the pump apart and try matching up some of the
kits available.  I was curious if there was a tried and true working kit
out there since I know there is also a lot of junk too.  I start with the
Wolfsburg West kits.
