Dave -

Have you ever tried Pri-G (G for Gas) Fuel Stabilizer?

I used to use Stabil, but the price increased a lot. And the quantity
recommended for our VW Squareback with a 10-gallon fuel tank was a far
greater cost than Pri-G..

Pri-G recommends 1 oz. for 16 gallons of fuel.

Stabil recommends 1 oz. for 2.5 gallons of fuel. That's ~4X greater amount
than Pri-G.

When we lived in our 38' diesel pusher motor home for 17+ years and parked
for an extended period oftime, during our summer or winter RV Parks I
always used Pri-G.

The motor home had an 80 gallon tank. We used 4 or 5 oz. of Pri-D (D for
diesel engines).

With Stabil we would have needed to use 32 oz. Big difference.

So bottom line: Pri-G is my gas Stabilizer of choice for my Square.
