[T3] Fan replacement for a 1967 TYPE 3

Here are some closer pictures of the rivets/spacers, rubber inserts and fan
center section.  The center section shows signs of the smaller holes (where
the rivets go) elongating causing play.

The rivets that hold it together also act as a spacer where it goes through
the rubber inserts.

Rivets body o.d. = ~10mm
Rivet length = ~15mm or so
Rubber bushing = ~22mm O.D., ~9.8mm ID, and ~8.2mm think
