[T3] Fan replacement for a 1967 TYPE 3

The "rivet" center section is about 8.25mm long. The central ring (ring
that holds rubber pieces, fits to crank) was measuring about 8.1mm thick
although it appeared the same as the rubber bushings. Shims seemed to vary
but they were a bit dirty. One shim was .45-.5mm and the other seemed to
be .55-.6mm. The rubber bushings appear to be in good shape and the rivets
appear to still have a tight fit. They are a pretty dense rubber, so they
don't have a lot of give or movement. The fan section that had the
elongated holes is the only real problem that stands out. Unless they were
supposed to be like that since they did seem to be pretty uniform.
