[T3] Notchback tuneup

I finished the tuneup tonight, its running very nicely now!  I don’t think I
had the timing as advanced as it should have been and the carbs were out of
sync,
So it needed attention.  Cleaned out the air cleaner too for the first time
since... 1998!  Ill miss the ZDDP in THAT oil!

With dual 40mm carbs I find it easiest to pull the carbs to replace the
plugs.
