Get a rear shoulder belt? (I use the static front ones in the rear now I've
inertia reel ones in front, with a lap in the middle).

Looks like my little Nephew will be visiting this summer when Im up at the
lake.
He needs to be in a booster seat, but without rear shoulder belts I cant put
him in the back.
I have the later inertia reels in the front and could strap the seat in
there but here in NY you cant put kids Under 12 in the front seat. What do
you folks with little kids do? Even my
87 Golf doesn't have shoulder belts in the Rear !
