[T3] Cleaning brake lines

As Dave pointed out, the biggest danger is from the line nuts 
freezing to the lines, so that they twist off the lines when you try 
to turn them. Try a wrench first, to see if the rust bond will break, 
but don't force them. A little oil at the back of the nut might help. 
If that doesn't work, heating with a torch will free them up.

A small wire brush should clean off any excess rust that has 
accumulated in the threads. Be especially careful of the bubble flare 
end of the line; that part needs to be pretty clean in order to seal.
