[T3] Nose too high.

[[[I'm measuring a '73, late body, standing on a flat concrete slab. I
double-checked my measurement and also filled up my tires. After all that,
the measurement came up to 25-3/16".]]]

Curiosity made me check; Elwood in his stock form measures 25-1/16" tall,
and that is with low mileage 165/80R15 tires on factory wheels.
