ITs not that much heavier, maybe 30lbs.  Besides, I have air shocks that
level out the rear.

I hadn't thought about this, but the extra weight of the Type 4 engine,
added 
behind the rear wheels, would lighten and lift the front. That probably also

has an unintended effect on handling.
