Yup. The front and rear running lights are the far left 2 fuses, at least they 
are on the later cars.
Brake lights are only powered up with the key on,and a foot on the brake.

I believe the front and rear running lights are on the same fuses, one fuse for 
the L and another for the R. Brake lights are different.

All this fuse info is in the electrical chapter of the Bentley.
