[T3] On my 73 square , what should I look at on the breather with a PCV?

Last I brought this up due to the low MPG it seemed rich and I am not sure
it's rich. The fuel pump does draw more amp's than the ECU which include
the pump and electric AAR yet the fuel pressure is set at 30 PSI , I used
to set it at 28.I did replace the pump with a 2 port pump and it draws less
than the original 3 port Bosch. I can't seem to find any issues with either
temp sensor other than the head temp at the same ambient varies 400 ohms so
it's not consistent.

As I stated before I've read an open air temp sensor richens the mix by
10% across the board. If true it's running lean. I haven't checked the
voltage at the two voltage supply leads from the power relay to the ECU.

Something has changed and I can't seem to figure out what it is.
