[T3] 73 auto trans type 3 ARR ?

I did all of that. Besides right now I don't have the vacuum line on the
can , when I did, it pinged , I never figured out why. I used to connect it
before the gas became so bad here. Now I would need to retard the base
timing ,then it becomes a trade off.
