[T3] Since I replaced the runner boots and all vacuum lines noticed

My '69 FI/AT dies too easy when started in parking lots etc & put in
reverse when set at 900 idle. Pretty embarrassing to have happen when
backing out of a parking space! If I have my idle set at 1000 it never
dies & I don't have any complaints about how it runs/shifts. :-)
